The NTRCFL is located in historic West End of Dallas, just outside of the Grassy Knoll in the Federal Building. The building is located at 207 South Houston Street. The cross streets are South Houston Street and Commerce Street. There is single dedicated parking spot located in the entry of the parking lot marked with a red "NTRCFL FBI" sign. If no free parking is available, there is a paid parking along the street on Houston. (It's always a good idea to call ahead and make sure that someone will be available to accept evidence from you.)
